Add Custom Forms in Outlook

  1. Right click on the clear space on the ribbon and select “Customize the Ribbon…”

  1. In the dropdown under “Choose commands from:” select “Main Tabs. 
  2. Expand “developer” and click on “Custom Forms” to highlight it

  1. Click “Add>>” to add it to the home (Mail) ribbon. 

  1. Click “OK”
  2. It should now be visible in the Home ribbon
