Setting your Browser to clear Carelogic Cache on Exit

Carelogic can sometimes begin to act weird due to issues with cached files, below are two methods to have your browser delete only the Carelogic data when closed depending on the browser you use. 

Microsoft Edge

1. Click on the 3 dots on the top right
   
2. Select “Cookies and site permisions”
   
3. Scroll until you find “Clear on Exit” and click on “Add”
   
4. From here you will have the option to add a site, type or paste in https://login.qualifacts.org/ and select “Add”
   

Google Chrome

1. Click on the three dots on the top right
   
2. Go to “Privacy and Security”
   
3. Scroll down until you see “Always delete site data from your device when you close Chrome” and click on “Add”
   
4. Paste or type in https://login.qualifacts.org/ and Add
